The Clearwater Garden & Poolside Restaurant won the Hallmark of Excellence Beef and Lamb Award in 2010 and 2011.
Our Executive Chef understands the value of fresh seasonal ingredients, using them in an array of old favourites and imaginative fusion dishes.
The Restaurant is open for breakfast and dinner 7 days a week and offers a full a la carte menu from Monday to Saturday evenings and a buffet lunch and dinner available on Sunday.
For events and functions, and wedding receptions our restaurant can be extended into the function rooms and can cater for up to 450 people, or for cosy private dinners some of our smaller spaces can be used; private functions for as few as 10 can be booked. For all private functions, specialised menus can be prepared.
